I'll go with books, with TV a close second. _________________ "Blak" sheep of the B7 forum family! |

I've gone for books, but it's hard to choose really! The books, radio series and TV series all have their own little ways of getting the best out of their medium |

I'm gonna have to agree with Futs comment about each medium having their unique slant. As I can only vote for one, I've gone for the TV version, just ahead of the books. _________________ As I was saying, we all have to learn to live with disappointment |

I listened to the radio series when it was first broadcast. For me that is and will always be the original and best. I think the books are quite good but the TV series was not so good. As for the film, so cheesy it positively pongs! |

I like the TV version best; scenes such as with the bulldozer, with the vogon guard and landing on Magarathea are just classic.
It's a pity in the film, which I otherwise like, that Arthur and Slartibartfast were miscast, IMHO. _________________ Last Watched: Seek, Locate and Destroy 30th Sep 2020 |

The fact that the BBC finished the entire series of books as a Radio Series has impressed me no end. I love the new ones and especially the last one. Well worth a listen. _________________ Ramses niblick the 3rd kerplunk kerplunk whoops there goes my thribble
