But this is from a review of the third from last episode:
"It's scored a perfect 10 from over 12,000 reviewers on IMDb. It's had a breathless reaction from the critics. But most of all, it's had millions of already enraptured viewers open-mouthed with their heads in their hand.
Last night's episode of Breaking Bad, the never-more-aptly titled 'Ozymandias', is already being talked about as one of the best episodes of TV ever made. In a show famous for its elaborate set-ups to incredible pay-offs, there wasn't a spare second in 45 relentless minutes of pure reckoning."

Right then - I finished the series last Monday - but hadn't managed to get on here and say anything but suffice to say the best series I've seen in a long long long time. As finale's go it was up there with the finest of show endings and had (for me) the same feel and affect on me as the final episode of Blakes 7 way back in 1981. Yes it was that good an ending. Not going to spoil it for those who haven't seen it but you are right on the edge of the seat for the last five episodes. Some of the finest television ever written. Well done to writer Vince Gilligan and his team.
WELL RECOMMENDED for those who haven't seen Breaking Bad it's still available on couchtuner.eu as a free stream so grab it whilst you can. And for once online piracy is being praised for making this show so popular http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/24550832
It's on Netflix and if you haven't got Netflix it's worth the 30 day free trial just to watch this show. Also on Demand 5 http://www.channel5.com/shows/breaking-bad

I watched it all on Netflix quite quickly and it's certainly a very good series! A real "page-turner" or whatever the TV equivalent of that is!
I've started watching it through again now and it's still good... Not quite as compelling coz I think a lot of it is based on the tension of "how are they going to get out of THIS one" etc, but still good considering it's only a few weeks since I watched it the first time round! And once you know the story, I think there's more space to watch the characters and some of the nice directing flourishes |
