Great pictures! Should have been working for Marks and Sparks and the BBC on the B7 DVDs! _________________ "No matter where you are... everyone is always connected." Lain Iwakura |

I have tried to contact the owner of this website many times, but all of the email addresses on the site don't work, they just bounce back. Shame really, i could make some really good animations with that model if i had it! |

There are a couple of liberator renders on my site, if anyone is so inclined:

I'm working on a collection of some b7 renders in my (not so) spare time, so watch this space. |

I've just put up an animation I did with the models. I've always wanted to do a Babylon 5 style upgrade of a B7 battle scenes to see what it would look like. Here's a taste:

It needs quicktime 6 and it's 1.8MB, so only for the patient or those with broadband! |

My first comment - WOW!
I do have two slight criticisms. Firstly that the pursuit ships turn too sharply (I think they should be banking as they turn, going off old war movies like The Battle of Britain), and the second that I doubt that all three weapon pods would fire at once. Using up too much energy in a tight squeeze!
Apart from that, it's fantastic. Must watch it again... _________________ "Now then, Butch Harry, tell us about Fulham..." |

I agree about the turn - needs a bit more time spent to get it right.
On the neutron blasters - I've wondered about those myself. It would use more power, but by having three weapons they could improve the chances of hitting moving targets. I think they would use single shots for stationary/locked targets. Just my guess - and until I bump into Tarrant to ask him how he'd use them, I'm sticking to it! Besides, it looks really cool that way:D
Thanks for the feedback. |
