I'm not sure. Its sort of a US version of Man in a Suitcase. The agent has been shrugged off by the secret service and hes trying to find out who issued the burn notice. At the same time, hes doing jobs on a local level to raise cash. Not bad, but I've got to watch some more so I can make my mind up.
