This is a fantastic interview with Sasha Mitchell, the actress who portrayed Arlen in the final Blake's 7 episode "Blake." Unlike Arlen Ms. Mitchell is very charming and gave a delightful interview from 2020. The interviewer is Ian Kubiak and it's part of the Cygnus Alpha Down And Safe Video series.

A few things I found particularly interesting:
1) Sasha Mitchell was only 17 when she played the part.
2) The original script called for Arlen to be Servalan's daughter.
3) The food Blake was cooking at his camp was rabbit, and they actually ate.
